I hate foxtons with a passion now

I bloody hate foxtons so much , the worst freind an estate agent could possibly have , and the messed up thing is they screw you year after years with contract renewals.I do no not reccomend any landlord to use them at all. they are all more hassle than you think

 By the looks of it, if you don't have them managing or collecting the rent then you should be scot free.

I noticed how they really push for the rent collection if you choose to go for a non managed property.

If foxtons didnt find you a tenant in the first place you wouldnt have tenant renewing anyway why shouldnt you pay?

Foxton's are not the only

Foxton's are not the only lousy estate agent. I rented my property out with Andrews and they were worse than useless. THEY ARE ALL A BUNCH OF THIEVING JACKALLS. They said 10% when it was 10% plus VAT and a criminally high paperwork charge . Advertised the property as being unfunished when I had specified it as furnished and took all their money upfront. REMEMBER READ THE SMALL PRINT AND TRY TO GET A SOLICITOR TO LOOK OVER ANY AGREEMENTS........OR JUST DO IT YOURSELF. HOPEFULLY THERE WILL BE A TIME WHEN WE NO LONGER NEED 'ESTATE AGENTS' AND THEY CAN ALL BE CHUCKED ON THE SCRAP HEAP!
