total waste of time dealing with this idiots

A real life experience with Fuckstons from Dulwich & Balham Office ... Before I narrowed my search for properties I have always started my search on a flashy  Foxtons website..until I've experienced the real Fuckstons story...

It started with a viewing of a flat in Crystal Palace ... The typical Foxtons schizo 0 % personality pushing us to make an offer because 'otherwise the flat would be gone within seconds'... After submitting an offer realising an offer on the flat has been already accepted but that didn't make them stop to keep pushing us to increase the offer. (the other couple has already paid for the survey and Cherie from Dulwich office had the cheek to call us and ask us whether we are willing to gazump the other couplewith a higher offer). Unbelievable.

Second property was a 2 bed garden flat with a cellar. Or at least it was advertised like one. In fact the cellar wasn't actually belonging to the property and garden was 3 times smaller than advertised. This was explained from Foxtons as a 'lack of knowledge'... After submitting an initial offer the agent (quite hot actually)  called and said that we will most likely have to increase the bid as our offer would probably piss off the buyer.

I know that our first offer wasn't even passed on to the vendor as F. internal system wasn't updated. Or at least until we've increased the offer. Then the manager kept calling me pushing me to increase the initial offer to the asking price and using words like 'someone is sniffing around the property' and 'you should decide very quickly' and 'the vendors have few other offers on the table but we can push yours through' ... So we've increased the offer (MUGS) and waited & waited &waited...

Luckily enough we pulled out two months later as we've found out few other revelations... Neverlethess the agent rang me two days before we pulled out that the flat is now 'so cheap' and 'so popular' that there is a queue of people waiting to see it an put an offer on it and thathe can't wait to hand me over the keys ... 

Well - I though - that's great...at least the vendors sell it after all..

Well  - two months later and the property is still on the website (not even under offer) so it just left me with a big Q what has happened to the queue of people...??? Did Fuckstone lie to everyone and scare all buyers off? Or the queue of people was actually in McDonalds and the agent was so overworked or on drugs that he thought that he's still in his 'swanky' office?

Funny enough - the agent received an email from my BF that he is a twat and he still replied with a open question: Was that mssge for me? What could you possibly think of this? Instead of apology he offered to show us 'another amazing hot properties' which were meant to be gone by the end of the week... Well the properties are still on their website...

Sad story and complete waste of time thanks this 'great agents'.  

One good advice ... never believe a word what this  dildos say ... one can never trust them
