Take Foxtons boards down

We all know and understand that in estate agency their branded boards is a good tool for them to get free advertising and to dominate that area with their branding.

Foxtons love to screw you over with over inflated fees, unfair charges and being very rude.

The only way you can hurt these idiots back is by taking their sales or lettings boards down. If everyone who looks at this site and hates Foxtons and wishes to put them out of business, the way to start is by hurting them back.

If you see a board rip it down.

Now be careful the law stipulates that you can take down a board but you are not able to damage it. Do not snap the wooden pole or rip up the board. Just take it down and lay it on the ground.

If every board was taken down in London and the surrounding counties Foxtons would suffer badly.

This is your chance to make a difference and do something positive. We can all moan and groan on this site but this is a chance for action and to be successful in sticking two fingers up at Foxtons

Dont delay take down a Foxtons board today

I would NOT recommend anyone

I would NOT recommend anyone do this - it constitutes Criminal Damage and therefore a criminal offence. Your best redress if you suspect a board has been illegaly erected is to report it to your local council as a breach of the Town & Country Planning Acts or to the freeholder & their managing agents, since most decent blocks of flats have a prohibition against boards in their leases.

It only constitutes

It only constitutes criminal damage if you snap or break the board. By taking it down without causing any damage you are fine. Otherwise how is it criminal damage? What are you damaging?

Dont worry we know you are a Foxtons employee so spare your blushes and remember Foxtons board policy "take all other agents boards down and make sure we are the only one displayed"

 How do I know......???

Foxtons Hassle

Whenever I have a free moment it is great fun to phone Foxtons on their freephone number 0800 369 8667 and indulge in some baiting. Yesterday I called and asked if they had any two bedroom rabbit hutches in SW1 to let. if the answering machine switches on I ask them to call my mobile number.

I wouldn't waste your time

I wouldn't waste your time they'll only get put back up, I'm not sure it bothers them!
