Body: * <p> My property has been let by Foxtons for 2 years and 2 years commission has been deducted at scource - this isn&quot;t right is it </p> <p> &#160; </p> <p> - I totally agree, they should charge their fee as a percentage of the annual rent, not as a percentage of the rent for the total length of term.  It is no more difficult or time consuming to let for 2 years rather than 1 year. It is a scam so that they can get double fees. </p>
