Foxtons Mortgage Brokers Alexander Hall going under?

They are also scumbags just like Foxtons so isn't it good news that they are going under?

On Friday they made redundant the Sales Director Tony Cardiff, Regional Director Jason Clark-Ward, Admin Manager Andrew Goodwin.

They are also getting rid of their offices in Lombard Street because they cannot afford the rent.

Where are they moving to? That's right - they are all moving into various Foxtons offices. That means that if you use them, all your personal financial details will be held in a foxtons office.

No, I am afraid they are not going broke but saving a bomb in rent and as you are a mortgage broker yourself you this mate. I know who gave you this informtion and I know who you are as well.If want me to keep who are are a secret, I want 10 cans of chum delivered to the battersea dogs home by 6pm on friday and note saying I am fat mortgage broker working in the Bttersea area.

I didnt get the chance to purchase anything from foxtons, however they seem to have the best property in station island. I wish i had the chance to do so. Now they went bankruptsey i dont have the chance to purchase the home i wanted to purchase from them. Poor me!. bringingsexyback1951@yahoo.com where can i find there property?

This is complete rubbish. Alexander Hall have always been based in the majority of Foxtons offices and cannot ever reveal personal details to the agents. I bought my flat through foxtons and used Alexander Hall. The whole process was a breeze and I find this whole website quite strange! But best of luck to you guys if you have had bad experiences I guess I was lucky!

As part or the liquidation

As part or the liquidation of its assets, Foxtons is asking the bankruptcy court to authorize the assumption and mortgage guide assignment of your listing agreement with Foxtons to another broker. The identity of the proposed successor broker has not yet been determined.
