I used to work with this particular character and have witnessed some of the apauling things this man has done. He is an insult to all decent estate agents in the industry and I am very thankful that I do not have to put up with his crap.
-arrested at a staff outing for doing class A drugs
-having a physical fight in reception with a landlord who didnt want to let out their property
-numerous counts of shouting abuse at vendors, clients and staff
-overly sexual remarks

Dominic Cocklin, how very apt!
He let my property, took 3 years commission in advance and the tenant didnt pay a bean in rent. When I called him he told me not to call again as told me not to get on the wrong side of him. What a total waster, should go back to porno films, something else he was rubbish at.

I have never used Foxtons and never will...I must say having read the remarks about this guy and the rebuttal he seems to have placed, I am amazed this guy is still employed let alone manager!
Anyway good news people according to the financial papers they may not be with us much longer!

Yes we do!!
We do have other things better to do, but we would also like to take a little of our time to warn other landlords or tenants about this man. Foxtons could not care less about what Domonic Cocklin is like. I know for a fact that he does things that are illegal.....I work for him. I know he takes drugs......I know he threatens people......I know he lies....I know he sexually harrasses the women in the office....shall I go on? He has more complaints that I care to mention made against him and yet he is still here. He has already beat up a member of our staff on a night out and also assulted a client, both made complaints.
Foxtons know about all of this and yet nothing has been done. So to sum it up for you, Foxtons have not taken this man to task, so he continues to be the total bully and arse he has always been. That is why people write on here, so the truth is known.

Everyone wants to express their condemnation and disgust at Foxtons but these are the same people that aided the rise of the company in the first instance. Foxtons as a brand succeeded on the back of the general public’s greed. Their business model was simple........... over value everything, tie greedy bastards in to lengthy exclusive contracts and charge higher fees. Everyone hates the spotty faced gimp with the mini and the fat tie knot but they exist through greed. These people are not trained professionals with an in depth knowledge of construction, property, law etc etc, they are given a weeks sales training. Lets be honest the country is full of estate agents, the public do have a choice. Well trained, knowledgeable and friendly estate agents do exist but they will not value your home at 20% higher than the true value and that is why Foxtons exist and clearly what the public desire. Stop being greedy b£stards and use one of the hundreds of other agents that are affiliated and accredited.

I am a former staff member of Canary Wharf, I can not believe Dom is still able to get away with all the stuff mentioned, most companies do periodical google searches on their staff I am told, how come they do not take note of this site? I wonder if it really was Dom who replied to a thread?
Anyway I'm glad I left when I did, I probably earn more than him now and drive a nicer car for sure, one that I own rather than the company! I must say for all the shit I had to deal with at Foxtons I enjoyed the coffee machine....
Good Luck to him I say, he was amusing, he has got a nerve being as cocky as he is when he is the noo doubtedly the smallest member of staff at Foxtons, he has defo got some balls!

It goes to show that Foxtons are only after money, and don't care about how they get it.
This man clearly makes them money by being a pri@k. They clearly play him like a puppet, he's gets ridiculed and paid off with 'a nice car' which means nothing, while the big dog make the real cash. I think we should hunt him down like a fox and put it to an end!

Survived for a while at Foxtons years ago only to find it was full of people like you and subsequently left.
Am now an Associate at a large Anglo-American City law firm (=$$$$$$$$$$$) (Foxtons was a stop-gap until the real job commenced) ... I may not work in Tort, Fraud or Real Estate but collegues of mine do.
Reckon we could whip up a pretty awesome case if we had enough witness statements.
Keep the postings going guys - I may be tempted to leave my contact details...
Also have quite a few friends who still work at F*ckstons (poor buggers but with that on their resume no-one else will ever employ them - never put it on mine!)... told them about this website and the blog on you and one of them admits to working with you! Insider information throws a much bigger punch in an action!
