Foxtons Pinner

I can absolutely assure you from a reliable source in commercial property that Foxtons in Pinner will not shut, because: A) They have spent c. £1m opening that office B) They would not lose face by doing this C) There is no application for a food license (check at harrow.gov.uk) D) Wagamamas head office have confirmed that they have no interest in a shop in Pinner (its hardly a funky London town!) E) Although the market is tough Foxtons made astronomical profits last year which will tie them over for at least 2 years F) They have a huge lettings business making huge profits.  Hopefully this sheds some light on the situation.  From what I hear the rumour was started by a large local rival agent to take business away from them.  Time will prove me right...

Pinner Agent News

Apparently the following is true:

Peter Reglar shuts 5 of 8 offices and rebrands as Austin Residential (including Pinner).

Rawlinsons resort to giving out John Lewis vouchers to attract buyers???

Another small agent in central Pinner is shutting 2 offices, as they have less than 20 instructions per office.

Foxtons have over 200 instructions for sales!!!  Search the website and remember the Pinner office covers Harrow, Pinner, Ruislip, Northolt, Northwood, Stanmore...

Gibbs, well I would not like to say...

with regard to the comment

with regard to the comment below. i'm buying a place in north london at the moment. Should I just use foxtons then because they have the most properties??? is that a better idea rather than using a small agent who only have 20 or so

Foxtons will always have loads of properties because they over value, and even in this falling market they have still not reduced their valaution prices, so much so that I got a call last week from Foxtons in Islingotn offering me a property that was on the market for £650,000 and said that the owner would probably accept an offer of around £450,000, it's not rocket science, figure it out yourself or are you so brainwashed that you can't even open your eyes and smell the coffee?!

Thanks the Lord - they nearly killed me

I was nearly in a collision with one of their mini's when it turned right into a turning, but on the wrong side of the road because it could not be bothered to go round the car waiting to turn right out of the turning -
