The London Letting Agency, Rotherhithe
The London Letting Agency are small fish but cowboys all the same. I use to rent my property through them and they do not even have a client account, they did not protect my tenants deposit. When I refussed to pay there fee's for a renewall they decided to take it from my tenants deposit insted. Ow well they got sued in the end for 3 times the deposit ammount. Dont go near them. Tehy really need there own 'WE HATE THE LONDON LETTING AGENCY' site.
They also tell all the landlords of their so called 'managed' properties that the tenants dont pay the rent when infact the tenants are paying the rent to London Letting. They simoply keep the rent as thier cash flow becuase they dont have any of there own cash so they use all thier tenants and landlords money instead.
DONT USE THEM> If your a landlord that has also been screwed by them please let me know.

I use Discount Letting from Catford. They provide a tenant find only service at £60 per month. I conduct my own viewings. The big advantage is I can get my property on the major portals (Rightmove, Hot Property, Property Finder etc).
I have stayed clear of the big names for the last 2 years and saved myself £000's
