Foxtons LEGAL BATTLE

A large legal firm (name removed) has been preparing to take legal action against foxtons and Alexander hall since sept 06.
I have heard from a very reliable source from within the firm that they have unearthed a lot information where the estate agent has broken UK laws.
I'm not sure if they have found any illegal activity yet with alexander hall but certainly found instances where they have acted outside of the Mortgage code of conduct. I have been told they are also still in touch with the BBC presenter who appeared in the BBC WHISTLEBLOWER program when she went undercover at foxtons.
I believe that firm has not pushed the case forward yet because they are waiting to see what happens with foxtons battle with the OFT first.
