Very unjust and unfair dismissal

Has anyone been sacked after 3 days and 3 hours after handing in their Foxtons contract of employment?
Remember when you felt so good after getting the call from recruitment telling you that foxtons could not wait to take you on board and that you would be starting training week in X days, the trill of the Mini, phone etc etc.
If so
1- where you given valid reasons for being let go?
2 - did you ask for a valid reason as to why but only replied to with non descript or vague answers?
3 - did you feel that you had been discriminated against due to age, creed colour or Family situation?
4 - were you totally bowled over by their decision?
5 - Were you escorted to the lobby, given a feeble handshake and then a sarcastic "see you around" goodbye?
6 - Did you think of getting legal advice or taking legal action?
I would love to hear on this forum if there is any unfortunate soul that has also been cast aside onto the Foxtons rubbish dump of Employees that want to be themselves and dont want to be a number or statisitc!
Maybe it was better of sooner than later, never the less I'm still gutted, but why???

...don’t worry it was probably nothing to do with any of these reasons - more likely to be because of the speaking over the trainers, being a know it all, your attitude of 'I'm better than Foxtons' - 'I’ve worked all over the world'. Could be because of inappropriate comments, or most likely the fact that you were just very arrogant and annoying.
Don't quote me on it though, just an opinion...

At the end of the day one could say that they are better than Foxtons, Have seen beyond the Foxtons formula and maybe wiped the shit out of their eyes, one could could they not?
I prefer to be a Shepherd rather than a sheep, but then again thats my opinion.
I can only assume the comment comes from a Foxtons long time employee, ior some person who was attending that particular training day.
Anyway, life goes on does it not!
I would rather reign in hell than to serve in heaven.
Plus one can get severe allergic reactons to cheap scent and polyester mix suits.

Angry threatening customers
I joined foxtons one year ago and lasted a month or so but packed it in for the good of my health. It started when I got the free mobile phone but found out it was already registered to someone previously and I kept getting lewd calls and nasty texts. One night I had some asian man call me up saying hes going to blow my knee caps off for cheating him. I did explain that I had just started and he told me, so f@cking what, someone has to pay! I told foxtons that I was scared and I wanted a new number (they laughed) and could you belive what they did???..they even had a call by this man who asked whos the owner of this mobile number and foxtons gave him my full name and what i look like. They told me not to worry as this happens all the time.. WTF!!!! If I had a few years on me and someone did that I would belt the living shite out of them. Common sense prevailed and I just left the phone on the table and walked out the door. Great start to my supposed estate agency career!
